🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using Java, Angular, and associated technologies.
• Configure and optimize robotic process automation workflows ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Analyze existing business processes and facilitate structured change management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising in robotics and automation processes.
• Document technical designs, test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with process owners and business stakeholders to understand and automate workflows.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a technical architect—evaluating feasibility and recommending optimal solutions.
• Manage project milestones, communicate progress with clients, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet strategic project objectives.

🛠️ Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development with a solid understanding of Angular JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Electron, NgRx, Protobuf, Nx monorepo, and testing frameworks like Jest is a plus.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams or PODs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working in hybrid or agile delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.
