Responsibilities of Senior Volatility Trader
- Maximize trading revenue by identifying and capitalizing on short-term market mispricings.

Skills and Experience Required
- 2 to 6 years of trading experience at a proprietary trading firm or market maker managing your own trading book.
- Prior hands-on experience with options position trading, ideally within Indian markets.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an entrepreneurial and competitive mindset.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, Matlab, or SQL is highly desirable.
- Ability to make fast, well-informed decisions under pressure with a healthy risk appetite.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with quant and research teams.
