Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer III – Python + .NET Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Flask/Django) and .NET Core/C# frameworks.
• Build and integrate microservices, APIs, and backend services using modern frameworks and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product managers, UX designers, and developers — to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure or AWS, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Configure IIS web servers, manage WinForms, and develop Python-based backend processes and automation scripts.
• Work with databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and performance.
• Drive process improvement, automate workflows, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor emerging technologies in both Python and .NET ecosystems and recommend adoption strategies.
• Identify system inefficiencies and enhance code hygiene, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer proficient in both Python and .NET.
• Advanced knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Python frameworks (Flask, Django).
• Experience configuring IIS, developing microservices, integrating Kafka, and managing WinForms applications.
• Strong background with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS, using both Python and .NET services.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and DevOps automation tools.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
