As part of the Consumer & Community Banking Technology team, you’ll collaborate with top engineers to enhance system performance, develop automation frameworks, and deploy enterprise-grade applications in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Job Details at a Glance

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure using AWS services and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop monitoring and alerting frameworks to eliminate operational toil and improve system observability.
• Perform performance tuning, fault analysis, and incident response to ensure system stability and high availability.
• Implement security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and network hardening.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform post-mortems, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Research and integrate machine learning and AI services (e.g., SageMaker, Rekognition) to enhance platform intelligence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in cloud environments.
• Proficient in AWS and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices-based architectures.
• Strong programming experience in Java and at least one other language such as Python or Go.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
• Skilled in monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of AWS security, IAM, encryption, and VPC design.
• Familiarity with machine learning services such as SageMaker and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive automation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CloudOps automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-impact technology.
