The Global Network Security Enablement Chapter focuses on embedding cyber risk management into business strategy, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent service delivery. You will work with global experts to implement advanced security controls, monitor compliance, and enhance organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact cyber deliverables, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
• Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, proxies, DDoS mitigation, VPN, TLS/SSL, and malware protection.
• Oversee operational management of security services and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Present project updates, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Participate in governance forums, change advisory boards, and strategic decision-making processes.
• Influence the security product roadmap and advocate for modernization initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with IT, business, and security teams.
• Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT risk management.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, TLS, proxies, malware scanners, DDoS mitigation, and cloud security.
• Experience in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Certifications (Desirable)

• CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• CISM – Certified Information Security Manager
• PMP – Project Management Professional
• Other security certifications (CCSP, CEH) preferred

Location & Work Model

• Base Location: Pune, India
• Work Model: On-site at Deloitte Pune office
• Travel: Minimal; occasional as required
