Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize business processes, configuration documents, JIRA practices, and service request tracking.
- Consult, sustain, and enhance Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud functionality.
- Utilize Oracle OTBI, HDL, and HSDL for reporting and data integration.
- Ensure security, release processes, and regulatory compliance are followed.
- Collaborate with Oracle support to resolve service requests and apply lessons learned to reduce production defects.
- Review Oracle release notes and perform impact analysis.
- Complete functional testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Meet design deliverables and deadlines while working independently or within agile teams.
- Quickly identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts and practices.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Oracle Benefits Cloud.
- Ability to work collaboratively in large teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Passion for building an innovative culture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Benefits modules and related configurations.
- B.Tech or equivalent technical degree preferred.
