Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules, Service Portal, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management, and Discovery.
- Configure and maintain integrations with external tools and services including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, SFTP, and MID servers.
- Utilize codeless technologies such as Flow Designer and Integration Hub to streamline workflows.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code in Java, Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and proactively drive system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Participate in agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application resiliency initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certified ServiceNow Developer and Implementation Specialist in at least one ITSM module.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow PaaS model, CMDB, and ITSM module integrations.
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Request Catalog, and Automations.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), coding, and database querying languages.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD, security, and cloud technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, ITBM, HR.
- Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and web technologies like SOAP, JSON, XML, Web Services.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and cloud platforms.
