Key Responsibilities
- Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements for payments solutions.
- Model and implement technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Hands-on expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of Payments protocols (ISO and non-ISO messaging) and testing/automation practices.
- Technical fluency in platforms, software tools, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to lead through change, manage ambiguity, and handle complex dependencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to highlight redundancies or improvement opportunities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile / Project Management methodologies.
- Exposure to Commercial & Investment Banking, Global Markets, Wholesale Payments, or Security Services.
- Expertise in data-driven reporting and advanced Microsoft tools.
