Key Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer in the CCB technology team, you will:
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalable and resilient applications.
- Execute standard software design, development, and troubleshooting activities.
- Write secure, efficient, and high-quality code using at least one modern programming language.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform.
- Monitor and optimize system performance with Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Provide hands-on production support and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 system availability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring smooth integration across upstream and downstream systems.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive engineering culture that values collaboration and innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
- Hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure management and DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, application resiliency, and security best practices.
- Experience in system design, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) and database querying.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and production support.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native technologies.
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, and microservices architecture is a plus.
