Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop Power Platform applications, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and PowerApps Portals.
- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and integrate with existing systems.
- Work with Dynamics 365 CE: Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web API, and SSIS.
- Troubleshoot, modify, and maintain existing CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, system security, and best practices are adhered to across all implementations.
- Gain exposure to multiple industries, including Health and Public Sector.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement customization & configuration, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure services, data modeling, and integration patterns (preferred).
- Understanding of business processes and automation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Core technical developer focus, not functional consulting.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in D365 CRM / Power Platform development.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with occasional collaboration across offices.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, ADF, and CI/CD pipelines.
