About the Opportunity
As an Appian BPM Developer at EY, you’ll work with cutting-edge automation technologies and agile methodologies to deliver scalable business process solutions. You’ll collaborate with global teams, lead modules, and contribute to end-to-end application lifecycles using Appian BPM tools and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop process models, forms, and integrations using Appian BPM.
- Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Support Scrum ceremonies and agile development workflows.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Build technical assets, accelerators, and reusable components.
- Adhere to EY’s project management, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Participate in QA, deployment, and post-production support.
- Provide timely updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with 2–3 Appian BPM projects.
- Proficiency in Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interfaces, and CDTs.
- Knowledge of BPMN, XML, XSD, and Appian best practices.
- Understanding of relational databases and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE is a plus.
- Ability to cross-train and adapt to evolving technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electronics, Computer Science, E&TC) or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Appian BPM development or related automation platforms.
- Experience working with Big 4 firms or IT consulting/ITeS companies preferred.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project delivery models.
- Leadership experience in small to mid-sized teams is an advantage.
