EY is hiring an Advanced Analyst for its PAS Global Immigration – Short-Term Business Traveller (STBT) team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on supporting immigration case management, administrative processes, reporting, and client communication for globally mobile employees. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of experience in high-volume data handling, project management, or immigration operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Support electronic case management and administrative processes for STBT assignments.
- Collect, validate, and track case documentation, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Prepare case reports and application documents for senior/manager review.
- Assist in document review, data entry, and workflow management to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor case progress, flag potential issues, and escalate as required.
- Collaborate with senior caseworkers, lawyers, and clients to execute immigration strategies.
- Use tools like Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and support technology adoption.
- Train new team members and support ad hoc projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to EY’s risk management protocols.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes in global mobility and immigration policies.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Critical thinking and ability to make sound judgments.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in large teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau).
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Prior experience with visas, work permits, or immigration case handling is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Commerce, Tourism, or related fields. MBA/Master’s is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years in immigration operations, high-volume data handling, reporting, or project management.
- Knowledge of Business Traveller or Posted Worker regulations, tax mobility, and visa/work permit processes is desirable.
