Responsibilities
Client & Engagement Management
- Build strong client relationships with senior management executives in the Healthcare sector.
- Independently manage multi-faceted audit and internal control engagements.
- Conduct internal audits, process compliance reviews, and SOX 404 assessments for global clients.
- Identify process gaps and recommend actionable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Healthcare Sector Expertise
- Focus on Healthcare Providers: hospitals, physician offices, specialty care centers, digital health, virtual care platforms, home healthcare, and academic medical centers.
- Focus on Healthcare Payers: government or private health insurers, third-party insurance providers.
- Develop and implement sector-focused solutions and strategies to enhance EY’s footprint in the Healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with global teams to grow sector accounts and drive knowledge-sharing.
Leadership & Team Management
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help them meet performance goals and grow professionally.
- Lead sector upskilling programs and develop new solutions in collaboration with global sector leads.
- Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management standards.
Operational & Market Leadership
- Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to innovation projects leveraging AI, Robotics, and Advanced Analytics.
- Monitor industry trends, tools, and emerging risks to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support strategy formulation for expanding EY and GDS Healthcare sector capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in internal audit, risk, or process controls, ideally with Big 4 experience.
- Deep Healthcare sector knowledge across Providers and Payers.
- Proven experience in audit, compliance, and SOX 404 engagements.
- Strong academic record (Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; globally mobile and flexible to travel.
