Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all administrative and clinical activities within the CTVS department.
- Manage patient appointments, pre-operative and post-operative scheduling, and surgical documentation.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and billing-related data.
- Monitor inventory and requisitions for surgical supplies and instruments.
- Support compliance, audits, and hospital quality standards.
- Ensure timely updates and coordination between surgical and support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and CTVS procedures.
- Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle multi-departmental coordination under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Previous experience in hospital coordination, surgical department management, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with cardiac care units and CTVS workflow will be an advantage.
