Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and reporting efficiency.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in financial accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS)
- Strong understanding of GAAP convergence and regulatory reporting
- Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage month-end/year-end close processes and audit support
Qualifications
