Key Responsibilities
- Support global workforce and talent management projects as part of EY’s People Consulting team.
- Apply technical excellence in Java-based systems to deliver project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in the full project life cycle: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post-production Support.
- Assist in developing tools, methodologies, and thought leadership for workforce management services.
- Ensure effective client communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

- Strong knowledge in Java and workforce management solutions.

Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in workforce management, talent projects, or Java-based technical delivery.
- Familiarity with enterprise WFM systems, process documentation, and system integration is an advantage.
