Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to global workforce management (WFM) and talent projects as part of EY’s People Consulting team.
- Support technical excellence in Java-based systems and other project tools.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality project outputs.
- Participate in full project life-cycle activities: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Post-production Support.
- Assist in developing thought leadership, tools, methodologies, and WFM service offerings.
- Ensure effective client communication and project coordination, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge in Java development and WFM solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, document processes, and deliver actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural awareness.

- Open to travel for approved projects in line with EY and country-specific travel guidelines.
Qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent.
- 4–5 years of experience in workforce management, talent projects, or Java-related technical delivery.
- Familiarity with WFM products and enterprise project tools.
- Experience in process documentation, database queries, and system integration is an advantage.
