Key Responsibilities
- Support global workforce management projects in alignment with client HR strategies.
- Implement and maintain Java-based HR solutions and SAP workforce management modules.
- Assist in talent planning, time management, attendance, leave management, and labor scheduling.
- Deliver high-quality project outputs, including configuration, system integration, and process optimization.
- Participate in full project life cycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Post-production Support.
- Support development of tools, methodologies, and thought leadership for Workforce Management (WFM) services.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and global project teams.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong experience with Java programming in HR/consulting projects.
- Knowledge of workforce management processes (timekeeping, accruals, attendance).
- Experience with SAP or other WFM platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and adapt to fast-changing client requirements.
- High energy, agile, and committed to continuous learning and delivering client value.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in workforce management, HR consulting, or Java/SAP project implementation.
- Hands-on experience with WFM systems, process mapping, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with database querying and integration workflows is a plus.
