Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security enhancements for the HCM platform to meet functional and user requirements.
- Configure Oracle HCM security, including role provisioning, access management, and reporting.
- Resolve role and access defects and ensure robust data security measures.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, secure production code; review and debug code from peers.
- Implement personalizations, location-based access controls, IP whitelisting, and public role management.
- Reduce security vulnerabilities by applying industry insights, regulations, and best practices.
- Craft functional and technical designs and documentation for Oracle HCM data conversions, interfaces, and custom reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Software Engineers, and DevOps, to modernize mission-critical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Software Engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
- Strong experience in data analysis and engineering using SQL, PLSQL, or Python.
- Proficiency in Rest API, Kafka, JavaScript, HTML, XML.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business decisions and security.
- Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management), risk assessment, and process optimization.
- Experience with cloud services, SaaS platforms (Oracle HCM, AWS), and security protocols.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM technologies and cloud-based HCM security solutions.
