Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.
- Prioritize and execute project plans for new data solutions, managing capacity and timelines effectively.
- Document and share institutional knowledge about Area Product processes with team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the expert in recruitment data and analytics, answering ad hoc queries from Hire partners.
- Present data insights to business executives, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Develop new analytical approaches and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data privacy, quality, and compliance by performing audits and following internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or quantitative disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- Experience in client engagement, project execution, or consulting, with expertise in data & analytics topics.
- Knowledge of HR, recruitment, or financial services analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, macros/VBA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HR, Onboarding, or Talent Acquisition functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
- Ability to translate analytics into strategic business insights.
