Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on the latest IT and cybersecurity trends and ensure communication of AO updates.
- Identify, track, and remediate issues raised via FARM findings, CORE logs, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement security best practices and support audits.
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), addressing non-compliance and implementing compensating controls.
- Conduct periodic privileged access reviews and validate access requests via systems like RSAM.
- Ensure compliance with backup retention policies and removal of non-compliant backups.
- Manage vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, providing training to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and removal of old functional accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; formal training in software engineering or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or technology controls.
- Proficient in AWS Cloud, Python, databases, and cybersecurity risk management.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Strong critical thinking, strategic analysis, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
