Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of investment data and middle-office systems.
- Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data across multiple platforms.
- Enter client portfolio requests into workflow and trading systems.
- Escalate operational incidents early and perform root cause analysis.
- Run, prepare, and distribute MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with middle office, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues.
- Document and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in trading services, investment operations, or middle-office support.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Alteryx, and VBA for process automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of investment products and control-oriented operational processes.
