Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams, guiding daily activities and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring, and React development.
- Proven experience leading technology projects and managing software teams.
- Expertise in automation, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security best practices.
- In-depth understanding of financial services IT systems.
- Practical experience with cloud-native technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with code-level problem-solving.
