Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Java and React-based software components for CIB Payments Technology.
- Execute software solutions, coding, and technical troubleshooting with limited guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable application development.
- Apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices, including system design, testing, and operational stability.
- Utilize automation tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Analyze large, diverse data sets to identify issues and support decision-making.
- Contribute to a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- 2+ years of applied experience in Core Java and J2EE development.
- Hands-on experience with application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic) and IDEs like Eclipse.
- Experience with Spring Framework and ORM tools such as Hibernate or iBatis.
- Database programming experience using SQL on Oracle 9i/10g.
- Proficiency in UI development using JSP, Servlet, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and LLM integration.
- Practical experience in system design, application development, debugging, and testing.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with NoSQL databases and AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approaches.
- Knowledge of Mule ESB is a plus.
- Java & Cloud certifications will be an advantage.
