Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile positions, process payments, and handle transactions in client accounts.
• Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions with moderate to advanced complexity.
• Manage customer accounts, including payments, income, taxes, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service teams.
• Review peer work and recommend process improvements.
• Understand and manage the asset servicing lifecycle across multiple asset classes.
• Work under pressure and across different shifts; flexibility for extended hours as needed to meet client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with initiative to drive change and enhance controls.
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a dynamic and changing business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
