Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between firm-wide P&A, business lines, and functional finance teams for effective reporting and planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analyses, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecasts.
• Prepare management presentations and reports for senior leadership, including Operating Committee and Board of Directors.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of financial variances and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive insights and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and Macros.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
• Skilled at synthesizing multiple data sources into cohesive insights.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, and critical thinker anticipating management queries.
