Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics strategy for Chase Travel product lines in alignment with business goals.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to enhance product features and user experience.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across analytics platforms by working with data engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering with quantitative research and data analysis.
- 12+ years of experience with strong SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau skills.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, including members at different levels.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and derive actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
