Key Responsibilities
As a Private Equity Investor Relations Analyst at JPMorgan Chase Mumbai, you will:
- Prepare client-facing materials such as portfolio reviews, benchmarking, and performance analytics.
- Manage and streamline ad-hoc client data requests and automate reporting processes.
- Develop analytical models and Excel templates for investment and client needs.
- Support commitment modeling and cash flow projections.
- Contribute to marketing materials, pitch books, and educational content.
- Handle RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and client questionnaires.
- Monitor industry publications and databases for relevant private equity insights.
- Collaborate with client service managers and technology teams to improve reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA with minimum 2 years of experience in private equity, investor relations, data analytics, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, analytics).
- Skilled in Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Experience with industry tools like PitchBook, Preqin, Capital IQ, and Thomson Reuters.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and ad-hoc client requests.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA certification (or progress toward it) is a plus.
- Prior experience in asset management, investor communications, or client services.
