Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk, or risk testing within financial institutions or similar industries.
- Proven ability to develop and implement robust testing strategies aligned with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in control evaluation, risk assessment, and remediation.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership and regulators.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams in a risk or compliance testing environment.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and best practices in operational risk management.
