Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash movements and funding allocations for demand deposit accounts (DDAs).
- Ensure accurate trade processing across all asset classes, following internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other business lines to maintain seamless operational workflows.
- Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies, implementing timely resolutions.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in process improvement efforts, applying methodologies to optimize trade lifecycle operations.
- Create and deliver presentations for stakeholders, managers, and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Baseline knowledge of cash management, funding processes, and trade lifecycle operations.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions for moderate to complex operational issues.
- Experience using automation technologies and trade operations systems.
- Strong proficiency in creating reports and presentations using standard office software.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks to optimize workflows.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in securities operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and business lines.
