Key Responsibilities
- Lead data management and analytics operations for KYC and reference data processes.
- Develop technology solutions to aggregate data, transform raw data into actionable insights, and build metrics using BI tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and ThoughtSpot.
- Implement AI/ML models to enhance analytics and reporting accuracy.
- Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, including Oracle databases, AWS data lakes, and Peoplesoft tables.
- Deliver enterprise-wide analytics solutions supporting production, regulatory, and executive reporting commitments.
- Collaborate with LOB stakeholders, technology teams, and business consumers to identify reporting needs and implement effective data solutions.
- Apply domain knowledge in KYC operations and reference data to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, applied AI, or data transformation.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and other analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Strong team collaboration and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or related field.
- Expertise in Applied AI, KYC, AML, and client reference data.
- Experience in delivering enterprise-scale data analytics and reporting solutions.
