Key Responsibilities
As a Product Control Analyst at Barclays, you will:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books and records (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Conduct financial reporting in compliance with global accounting standards
- Monitor trading activity for compliance with policies and controls
- Provide technical and operational analysis to support management decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for global stakeholder interaction
- Strong control awareness with the ability to identify risks and streamline processes
Preferred Competencies
- Article-ship or industrial trainee experience in mid-to-large accounting firms
- Audit exposure in large banks or financial institutions
- Experience in change management and financial systems implementation
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and resolve problems independently
