Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Ind AS/IFRS/US GAAP accounting engagements independently.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidated reports.
- Apply and interpret relevant accounting standards and research complex technical accounting issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX, COSO) and applicable laws/regulations.
- Provide guidance on ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to exceed expectations.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, financial reporting, ERP tools (SAP, S4 HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics), MS Office, Tableau/Power BI.
- Leadership & Communication: Team management, coaching, effective stakeholder communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Handling large datasets, interpreting financial insights, problem-solving complex accounting issues.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, result-oriented, open and honest communication, adaptability, and travel readiness.
Qualifications
- Qualified CA (≤4 attempts in CA Final).
- 10–12 years of relevant accounting & advisory experience.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and internal control reviews.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written & verbal).
