Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Business Intelligence – Corporate Safety, you will:
- Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics for Corporate Safety data.
- Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with Digital Technology and Operations teams to analyze safety risks and recommend actionable solutions.
- Configure backend data ontologies and maintain tables to ensure data quality and availability.
- Manage the “single source of truth” for corporate safety data, ensuring robust data governance.
- Support Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives with statistical modeling and analytics.
- Provide technical guidance for automation workflows and business intelligence solutions.
- Communicate insights and project updates with US and India-based senior leadership, including presentations and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or data analytics.
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, HTML, JavaScript, Spark Node, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools and creating dashboards for executive leadership.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in Palantir or Tibco.
- Experience with predictive analytics, prescriptive modeling, or safety data systems.
