Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Act as the primary contact for global client teams, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Lead analytical projects by defining KPIs, analysis approaches, and reporting strategies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and business growth areas.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from databases, Excel, and BI sources.
- Build data models to uncover patterns, relationships, and performance insights.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Automate workflows and reporting using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
- Continuously optimize BI solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and relevance.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on data analytics trends, BI best practices, and GenAI tools.
- Drive adoption of new tools and platforms for improved business performance.
- Partner with global Oliver Wyman DNA teams to enhance consulting project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in Power BI.
- 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking preferred.
- Strong experience with data visualization, data modeling, and automation.
- Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint preferred.
- Proven client-facing skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Fast learner with adaptability to emerging technologies and GenAI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or analytics certification is a plus.
