Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager – Business Analysis, you will:
- Analyze complex as-is business processes to identify improvement and standardization opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements to align with technology solutions.
- Design to-be processes and IT solutions, including mock-ups and process documentation.
- Collaborate with business experts, IT delivery teams, and external vendors.
- Build financial and operational models to simulate scenarios and guide management decisions.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, communicate progress, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
- Act as a Change Agent, engaging stakeholders, managing negotiations, and influencing decisions.
- Prepare training materials and deliver trainings for internal and external clients.
- Develop and maintain test books, and perform QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong business and functional analysis skills.
- Expertise in process flow design and documentation.
- Ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience with low-code tools and IT solution configuration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High efficiency and autonomy in managing tasks and project deliverables.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems with innovative thinking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.
- Minimum 4 years of business analysis and IT project experience in structured organizations or consulting firms.
- Experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in English; European language skills (Italian, French, German) are a plus.
- Available to work during Europe working hours.
