Summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Supplier Risk Analyst in Mumbai, Maharashtra to manage and enhance the company’s third-party and supplier risk management processes. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in risk tool implementation, operational risk management, compliance frameworks, and supplier governance. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, drive Riskonnect platform adoption, and support strategic decision-making to ensure robust supplier risk practices across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management & Operational Oversight

• Implement and manage risk tools and operational processes within a global insurance organization.
• Ensure compliance with third-party risk, control frameworks, and operational processes.
• Operationalize business processes and continuously improve based on adoption and user feedback.
• Review and understand supplier agreements across a diverse supplier base.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead the Supplier Risk Management (SRM) team on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the SRM Global Owner.
• Maintain team MI, trackers, and monitoring of pending items, escalating issues when required.
• Collaborate with Business Supplier Owners (BSOs) to assess and complete risk assessments.
• Drive the adoption of Riskonnect across multiple geographies.

Client & Global Collaboration

• Work closely with the Global Head of Supplier Risk, Procurement Operations, and other senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on global rollout progress and operational effectiveness.
• Support reporting to risk committees and senior management.
• Ensure clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify and drive improvements across processes, reporting, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Contribute to building standard approaches for team operations and workflow management.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and proactive problem-solving within the SRM team.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in risk tool implementation and operational risk management in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of third-party risk, compliance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments.
• Strong leadership capability to motivate teams, provide solutions, and manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier or third-party risk management within a corporate or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with Riskonnect or similar risk management platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
