Key Responsibilities
Software Asset Management & Optimization:
- Implement a holistic SAM approach integrating all software and SaaS elements.
- Enhance automation and streamline processes for improved efficiency and cost savings.
- Centrally manage software provisioning, approvals, and request fulfillment across WTW.
Process Integration & Financial Alignment:
- Align SAM processes with financial data to enable better budget control and auditing readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement of enterprise software management frameworks.
- Establish performance metrics for the SAM framework and monitor outcomes.
Stakeholder Management & Compliance:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure software asset requirements are met.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Provide insights to optimize software utilization and cost management strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, SaaS management, and IT procurement.
- Experience with software asset management tools and technologies.
- Analytical skills to assess software usage, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and IT governance aspects related to software licensing.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing software inventories.
- Strategic thinking to align SAM initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in software asset management, IT procurement, or SaaS management.
- Certifications are a plus: CSAM, IAITAM CSAM, CISSP, ITIL Foundation.
