Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Lead and maintain key client relationships, ensuring timely fulfillment of commitments.
- Handle client issues promptly and provide effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to grow Affinity and Motor insurance business.
- Develop and execute Affinity programs for target clients to drive portfolio growth.
Insurer & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, market intermediaries, and Aon networks.
- Collaborate with insurers to enhance service delivery, facilitate risk placement, and streamline claims settlement.
- Identify market trends and strategic growth opportunities in Affinity and Motor insurance.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with existing team members to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
- Support PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility for Affinity and Motor insurance products.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Proven experience in Affinity business management, with Motor insurance knowledge as a plus.
