Summary
Kroll is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Analyst in New Delhi, India to join its global financial due diligence team. This role offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing critical analysis for private equity funds and strategic buyers. As part of Kroll’s TAS team, you will help clients make informed investment decisions by performing financial analysis, due diligence, and accounting research across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare analytical schedules for discussions with target company management.
- Identify transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis.
- Analyze quality of earnings, non-recurring items, contingent liabilities, and off-balance sheet items.
- Review accounting policies for compliance with GAAP.
- Assess working capital trends and business cyclicality.
Due Diligence & Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and public data relevant to the target company.
- Investigate related-party transactions and contractual obligations.
- Prepare data-books and assist in drafting sections of due diligence reports.
- Participate in management discussions to clarify findings.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work within a global TAS team on cross-sector financial advisory projects.
- Support client decision-making with accurate, data-driven insights.
- Contribute to process improvement and reporting standards within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and comprehension skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.
