Kroll is hiring an Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) in New Delhi, India, ideal for professionals passionate about financial due diligence, investment analysis, and transaction advisory. As part of Kroll’s global TAS team, you will collaborate with private equity funds, strategic buyers, and financial due diligence experts to analyze target companies, assess financial risks, and support investment decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Financial & Transaction Analysis
- Prepare analytical schedules for discussions with target company management.
- Identify transaction focus areas based on preliminary financial analysis.
- Research technical accounting topics relevant to buy-side or sell-side transactions.
- Analyze quality of earnings, non-recurring items, contingent liabilities, and off-balance sheet items.
- Assess working capital trends and cyclicality of the target business.
Due Diligence & Reporting
- Review accounting policies for GAAP compliance.
- Investigate related-party transactions and contractual obligations.
- Prepare data-books and assist in drafting sections of due diligence reports.
- Participate in management discussions to gather insights and clarify findings.
Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct research on public industry data, competitors, and market trends.
- Support Kroll’s global TAS team in providing actionable investment insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory.
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and dedication to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and adapt to rapidly changing projects.
- Willingness to travel as required and manage confidential information responsibly.
