Key Responsibilities
Loan Servicing
- Process agented loan activities: set up new loans, manage drawdowns, repayments, and interest rate adjustments.
- Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation prior to deal closings.
- Handle additional or unexpected loan processing tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of financial data and loan documents.
- Manage waivers, amendments, and lender/borrower queries.
- Make informed decisions to resolve operational and resource issues.
Support Functions
- Participate in daily WIP calls and update the team on back-office tasks.
- Assist with reconciliation of Kroll Client and House accounts, managing debits, credits, underpayments, and overpayments.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and process client recharges for fees and negative interest.
- Conduct annual collateral audits for assigned portfolios.
- Administer ad-hoc transactions and ensure compliance with procedures.
Process Management
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership over processes.
- Identify, analyze, and manage risks effectively.
- Maintain process controls and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in lending operations, loan servicing, or financial operations.
- Experience with Loan IQ or similar loan management systems.
- Familiarity with audits, SWIFT payment processing, and loan reconciliations.
- Previous management or leadership experience in an operations environment preferred.
