Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
  • Support global valuation engagements for alternative investments, including illiquid securities for hedge funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds.
  • Develop technical expertise in asset valuation and serve as a knowledge resource through mentoring and training.
  • Manage client engagements, including staffing, work planning, and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct project management tasks such as client interviews, report writing, market research, and tracking industry trends.
  • Create and review financial models: DCF, comparable company, stock option, loan, and financial instrument valuations.
  • Prepare industry reports on emerging sectors and coverage reports for global Unicorns.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven technical capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Leadership potential with experience in client relationship management or mentoring.
  • Adaptability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in valuation, finance, or accounting.
  • Educational background in CA, CFA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of valuation techniques and financial modeling.
  • Interest in learning global best practices in portfolio valuation.
