Key Responsibilities
- Execute finishing works including Mivan shuttering checks for line, level, and plumb.
- Supervise waterproofing execution and coordinate with MEP activities.
- Certify vendor billing and manage work order amendments.
- Select materials and coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Maintain document control, including project drawings, SOPs, DPRs, WPRs, checklists, pour cards, and rosters.
- Cross-check and verify estimated quantities for bills and manpower.
- Oversee sample flat creation and tower flat finishing activities.
- Report daily to the line manager and plan day-to-day project activities.
- Ensure quality compliance and adherence to standard procedures.
- Manage RCC works and slab completion cycles.
- Estimate bill of quantities and prepare executed bills.
- Arrange resources and materials for seamless execution of finishing works.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in high-rise residential finishing works and Mivan shuttering.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing, RCC works, and slab cycles.
- Proficiency in project coordination, billing, and work order management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills for document control, DPR/WPR preparation, and daily reporting.
- Experience in resource planning, material selection, and execution scheduling.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE in Civil or related field.
