Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee residential tower construction with a focus on RCC work, finishing, and quality control.
- Conduct Mivan shuttering checks including line, level, and plumb verification.
- Manage waterproofing execution and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate MEP activities with contractors and vendors.
- Approve and certify vendor billing and manage work order amendments.
- Assist in material selection and preparation of sample flats for finishing approvals.
- Conduct meetings with all stakeholders and ensure effective project communication.
- Maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, checklist, pour cards, and rosters.
- Verify estimated quantities, executed bills, and manpower deployment.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Plan daily activities and report to the line manager with progress updates and next-day plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs throughout the project.
- Manage resource allocation and material planning in alignment with project schedules.
