Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Pursuit Management
- Support the engagement/pursuit team throughout the pursuit lifecycle: RFI, Pre-RFP, RFP, presentations, and contracting.
- Draft and maintain pursuit plans, highlighting timelines, milestones, deliverables, workstream breakdowns, and owner assignments.
- Facilitate regular status meetings to track bid progress and approvals.
Proposal Development & Sales Enablement
- Prepare and tailor client collaterals, including storyboards, proposals, placemats, and presentation decks.
- Draft first-response documents aligned with RFP requirements and client context.
- Collaborate with internal and onshore teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and compelling content.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and client scenarios to strengthen pursuit strategies.
- Support deal qualification, win strategy, pricing, and brainstorming sessions with the pursuit team.
Process Improvement & Technology Adoption
- Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvement using collaboration tools and generative AI.
- Implement best practices in pursuit management to enhance productivity and standardization across global teams.
- Maintain and develop content repositories and databases for streamlined knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a credible liaison between pursuit teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication and coordination across global setups.
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in end-to-end pursuit management and sales enablement.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs critically.
- Effective stakeholder management skills in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt to KPMG culture.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech/BBA/BCom/MBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 3–5 years in pursuit management, proposal development, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms; experience with generative AI is a plus.
