Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KPMG business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Collaborate closely with teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in process discovery and define automation strategies, roadmaps, and design requirements.
Process Design & Documentation
- Create detailed use cases, process flows, outputs, exception paths, and error handling.
- Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), test plans, and project documentation.
- Define business benefits, ROI, and funding requirements for automation portfolios.
Automation Tools & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain expertise in RPA and automation platforms and recommend process enhancements.
- Contribute to reference architecture, best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in Generative AI, process mining, and automation technologies.
Business Analysis & Support
- Provide business analyst services across projects as needed.
- Support development of business cases, ROI calculations, and funding proposals.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as an Automation Business Analyst, RPA Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on expertise with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other automation platforms.
- Experience with business process analysis, documentation, and RPA solution design.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of process mining, RPA frameworks, and Generative AI applications.
- Proficiency in designing automated test scripts and project documentation.
