Key Responsibilities
RPA Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure scalable and efficient automation.
- Participate in process discovery, analyzing workflows to optimize automation potential.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA applications, providing ongoing support.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status, development schedule, and priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing methodologies and tools within the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE).
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and GenAI concepts.
- Recommend improvements to processes, systems, and automation approaches.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
- Prior experience with Automation Anywhere A360, including Masters/Professional certification.
- Experience in business process analysis and automation.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Experience with Power Platform and GenAI concepts is a plus.
