Responsibilities
- Guide clients in designing and implementing effective sourcing models, including shared services, outsourcing, and GBS frameworks.
- Support clients through the entire shared services transformation journey, including feasibility studies, business case analysis, target operating model design, FTE sizing, location selection, SSC build-out, service management, and process optimization.
- Assist in outsourcing decisions via RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, portfolio rationalization, benchmarking, and end-of-term support.
- Lead client-facing project teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to proposals for large managed services pursuits.
- Actively engage with client counterparts, offering innovative insights and recommendations.
- Participate in firm initiatives, including business development, thought leadership, and methodology development.
- Mentor team members, monitor performance, and foster professional growth.
- Build and maintain professional networks within KPMG and with external stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience in shared services, outsourcing, and GBS transformation projects.
- Knowledge of at least one process area: Finance, Procurement, HR, or IT operations.
- Understanding of sourcing models and leading industry practices.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with CXO-level clients.
- Collaborative, team-oriented work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to provide actionable insights and drive client value creation.
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 full-time college.
- Proficiency in case study solving and business problem analysis.
- Prior experience in GBS advisory, shared services, or outsourcing consulting is preferred.
