PwC India is hiring an Associate Consultant in Commercial Assurance – Contract and Compliance (TRS) in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management & Commercial Assurance
- Analyze and summarize commercial and operational terms in buy-side and sell-side contracts.
- Perform contract abstraction, contract management, and commercial analytics using various technology platforms.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure work papers are updated in the central repository in line with re-performance standards.
2. Process Consulting & Business Optimization
- Align company processes with business objectives to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with process owners and technology teams to define technology requirements for evaluation projects.
- Assist clients in developing process strategy, vision, and maturation plans.
- Maintain process documentation, overviews, and workflow charts.
- Recommend process design improvements to standardize, optimize, or redesign workflows.
- Contribute to client deliverables, including business documents, presentations, and transformation reports.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for process-related queries from clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Process Reviews, or Contract Administration.
- Expertise in Order to Cash / Revenue Management and Procure to Pay / Source to Pay functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform commercial analytics, contract abstraction, and compliance reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in Commercial Assurance projects.
- Exposure to Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Infra, EPC, or Energy/Power sectors.
Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
Education Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
